- Implementation of a meeting structure on the "Croisette" Cannes during the MIPIM - World's Property Market
- Construction of a tent of 800sqm in the "Plage Royale", the "Noga Beach" Hotel Noga Hilton and the "ZPlage"

Client : Marussia - First manufacturer of Russian sports car.
As part of its partnership agreement signed in December 2009 with Virgin Racing Marussia has marked its presence in the Principality of Monaco during the 68th Monaco Grand Prix F1 of 14 to 16 May 2010.
NOVAE has been mandated for the full organization of the hospitality services set throughout its stay in the Principality.

Client : DAIMLER – press presentation of the CL Class facelift, CL 63 AMG/CL 65 AMG & S Class – Cannes, September 2010
At the occasion of the Press Presentation of the CL Class facelift, CL 63 AMG/CL 65 AMG & S Class that was held in Cannes, from September 1st to 17th, DAIMLER entrusted NOVAE with the implementation of the logistics on the many sites involved
in the event’s program.

Services :

- Engage in research of the ad hoc venue for the set-up of the technical workshop and cleaning station, respecting the precise constraints that DAIMLER demands, on the engineering, safety and accessibility aspects. Equipment of the facilities.
- Achievement of the agreement with Nice Cote D’Azur airport and its Business Center, to secure the parking area as well as the hospitality area dedicated to the journalists, both at disposal of DAIMLER.
- Looking out and booking of the sites that will set out the itineraries of the test routes ; selection of the relay stations where food and beverage activities are organized and where the journalists change their test cars.
- Set-up and equipment of these venues in close co-operation with LENOTRE for the refreshments and meals served to the journalists and DAIMLER managerial staff.
- Offer of several remarkable sites meeting the photo and video shooting’s requirements- Selection, booking and co-ordination of the hostesses and drivers, present on all significant stations of the event.
- Close co-operation with local authorities and civil services in order to make out the official documents and the requests of derogation.
